Emmanuel’s members have a voice and a vote in our most important decisions.  At our Member Meeting we’ll look back at 2016, look ahead to 2017, vote on our budget, and elect key leaders.  The meeting will take place at Rice Creek Covenant Church (125 Country Road J, Shoreview).
