Emmanuel’s members have a voice and a vote in our most important decisions.  At our Member Meeting we’ll look back at a great 2018, look ahead to 2019, vote on our budget, and elect key leaders.  The meeting will take place at the Rice Creek Covenant Church in Shoreview.
