2021 FALL RETREAT | October 15-17

Save the Date!  We are so excited to be able to offer a Fall Retreat this year! This weekend event is going to have 3 tracks. Once you begin registering, you will have the option to select students into the PRETEEN / MIDDLE SCHOOL TRACKS.

1) PRETEEN TRACK: This is for 4th-5th grade students.  All Student tracks will be staying in Bald Eagle Lodge and Backwoods Cabins (unless otherwise requested).

2) MIDDLE SCHOOL TRACK: This is for 6th-8th grade students. If you have a student registering whose parent/guardian will not be attending, please contact kelsey@emmanuel.church for details.

3) ALL AGE TRACK: This is for anyone desiring to attend the Fall Retreat with ECC. Please select the appropriate attendee type/age to receive accurate pricing.



If you are a student coming to camp without your parent/guardian, there is a charter bus taking you to camp. If you have other transportation, please email me before Friday.

All housing has been pre-assigned and will be given at Check-in. We have done our best to accommodate all roommate requests. Student tracks will be staying in Bald Eagle Lodge and Backwoods Cabins (unless otherwise requested), All Age track will be staying in the Retreat Center.


  • Masks (these may be required in the dining hall, or other shared buildings)
  • Sleeping bag & pillow (or warm bedding)
  • Toiletries (toothbrush/toothpaste etc.)
  • Towel & soap/shampoo
  • Weather appropriate clothing and pj’s 
  • Outdoor gear for running around
  • Bible 
  • Pen
  • Notebook
  • Alarm Clock
  • Water bottle (fountains are off, but can fill water bottles)
  • Spending Money (for Cov. Pines Coffee shop/gift shop) ”optional”
  • Any games/or activities you want for free time 

**We ask everyone to put their electronic devices away for the weekend.

Each household is responsible for screening all campers prior to departure (see attached guidelines) – we do not want to share any illness at camp. Any vehicle that arrives at the Studio or Camp carrying passengers with fevers or symptoms of COVID-19 will need to return home immediately. If symptoms arise at camp, parents/guardians will be notified, and will likely need to pick up their camper asap.
Masks are required at camp in the Dining Hall, or buildings shared with other groups. On the bus, and in all ECC camp spaces, masking is recommended, but not required.
